Alexis Kukuka

Vice President of Operations

Ms. Kukuka is the Vice President of Operations at JBH responsible for project oversight, brand development, and client engagement. Alexis has led a wide range of projects at JBH, including Request for Proposal (RFP) development and contract negotiation, restaurant concept and brand development, and litigation consultation. Alexis has fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry with the majority of her career in food and beverage operations. Prior to JBH, Ms. Kukuka worked for restaurant and hotel companies including Hillstone Restaurant Group, Carlson Restaurants, and Marriott. Ms. Kukuka is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management. She resides in Margate City, New Jersey with her husband and son.
