Scott Swiger, is the Vice President of Business Development and supports our clients and projects by drawing on his experience as an operator and food service industry executive.

Scott previously served as VP of Culinary Excellence for Spectra, where he developed programs to drive innovation and create award winning concepts such as Top Chef Quickfire. Scott has been featured on Food Management’s One on One Podcast talking about plant-based menu innovation and is a member of the Plant Based World Conference & Expo Business Advisory Council.

His 20+ years of foodservice experiences includes roles in field operations and headquarters for Spectra, Aramark, Brulee Catering by Chef Jean-Marie Lacroix, and Cuba Libre Restaurant and Rum Bar.
