Brian Berger
Principal
Mr. Berger is a founding partner of JBH responsible for business strategy, industry relations, client engagement and new ventures. He is an industry expert with extensive knowledge in food service management, healthcare support services, concept development, contractual agreements and negotiations, operational and financial analysis. His twenty years of experience in dining and advisory services includes working in sectors such as casual, upscale, full-service and, quick service retail dining establishments; food contract management (hospitals, businesses, stadiums, and universities); and support services (environmental/housekeeping, facility management, patient transportation).
Prior to JBH Advisory Group, Mr. Berger spent eight years as a consultant within PricewatehouseCoopers Hospitality & Leisure practice. Additionally, his operational experience includes working with restaurant and contract dining companies such as ARAMARK, Houston’s Restaurants, Legal Seafood and Domino’s Pizza. Mr. Berger also developed and operated his own establishment, the Annapolis Grill, in Washington DC. Mr. Berger is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and currently resides in New York City with his wife and son.
