Lynne Jacoby

Principal

Ms. Jacoby is a founding partner of JBH responsible for business strategy, industry relations, client engagement and new ventures. She is recognized as an industry leader with thirty years of retail and contract food service experience. She is an expert in operational analysis and business planning and her creation of detailed business plans have resulted in process improvements and company growth for her clients.

Ms. Jacoby has diverse expertise in the food services industry. She collaborated in the development of an analytical tool which improves processes and procedures in both the Contract Dining (FANS) and Retail Restaurant space. Ms. Jacoby has created propriety brand concepts for clients, implemented two nationally branded concepts for a major food service company and is experienced in acquisitions, mergers and witness testimony.

Prior to JBH Advisory Group, Ms. Jacoby was head of the Food and Beverage practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, served as a Senior Vice President for a multi-billion dollar food service management company, a restaurant group Developer/Manager, a Market Analyst and Retail Specialty Food Buyer, a restaurant owner, and President of a NYC catering company. She is a graduate of NYU and lives in Sparta, New Jersey with her husband and son.
