Mr. Kessel is a Senior Consultant with JBH Advisory with emphasis in higher education. He has more than two decades of experience leading profitable and progressive culinary campaigns in the hospitality, healthcare and higher education markets. He has dedicated his career to making healthy, local and vegetarian options accessible. While working at Harvard University he created the first trans-fat-free collegiate dining program. During his time as Executive Chef at Wellesley College he made “raw” food the signature cuisine on campus. In addition, he has also held leadership positions with STARR Events, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, and is the Founder & President of Food Counts Consulting which specializes in meal planning for healthcare systems, and professional sports franchises. Larry is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and lives in Suburban Philadelphia.
